In a follow up to the recent Evening Post fuck up which got the wrong picture on it's front page of an accused paedo, it appears that this is not the first time it has happened.
A quick search of the net found that SPENCER Feeney was in court back in 2007 for carrying a headline incorrectly accusing a man who was to stand trial, of a sexual assault.The man was actually accused of ABH, but the headline stated it was a sexual assault.
This article was on page 11 of the paper and the editor just got a ticking off.
So you have to wonder what sort of punishment will be handed down for a front page splash, with caps, bold text and big picture of the wrong guy.
Also note there is a Facebook page to support the guy who is wrongly on the front page.
